When we have quoted and confirmed availability for you, please complete the Online Booking form and Hire agreement. Remember to read the Terms and Conditions within the form. A copy is available on the website. To avoid confusion, please only do the booking form, after we have confirmed your availability. We will hold your request for 24 hours before opening back up to general public bookings. |
When the form is completed and received we will send you our Bank details for your deposit payment (£50). This must be paid by bank transfer within 3 days of the completed booking form to confirm your booking. If not received within 3 day we will release the dates to general public bookings. We will send you confirmation of payment received and booking confirmed. |
The £100 security and damages refundable fee PLUS the remaining balance of your booking MUST be paid 31 days before the arrival date for your stay. Non payment in time will result in the booking being cancelled with no refund of the deposit. |
Once all booking charges are paid, job done and we will prepare your stay and send you check in details and further information. |
So basically: Check Facebook and listing and website for info, contact us to check dates and price, fill form in, pay deposit, pay remaining due balance and then turn up ready to go. We will do the rest. |
