Yes, we do but you will need to bring your own towels |
How do we check in? |
When your booking is confirmed and paid for, you will be sent (by sms to the phone on the booking form) a code to a key box outside the Lodge. On arrival at the site, you can collect your passes to gain entry to the site at main reception. They will only allow entry to the car registration/s given on the booking form in advance. |

Why is there a Security/Damage refundable charge? |
We charge a £100 security/Damage refundable fee to cover any damages or breakages during your stay. It also covers any extra cleaning charges needed, if necessary. The fee will be refunded to you within 7 days of your departure date minus any necessary deductions. |
How do I pay for my booking? |
You can only pay by Bank Transfer. The details will be given to you once we receive a fully completed booking form. |
Is the site Child friendly? |
Absolutely, it is perfect for children and adults of all ages. There are many activities and there is the Theme Park and Watersplash which can be accessed by a direct path between the sites. The site is monitored by Unity Security and there are CCTV cameras across the site. |
What do I do if something is not working or breaks down? |
For any maintenance or urgencies, you must contact us directly on the number provide inside the Lodge. Do not contact Unity direct to fix any problems as they will charge and this will have to come out of your security fee. We will respond to all urgencies swiftly ourselves and send someone to you, if necessary. |
Is there WiFi in the Lodge |
Yes, the Lodge has its own private router with unlimited Wifi. The password is available in the information sheet in the Lodge. |
Can I have visitors (non paying guests) in the Lodge? |
Yes, you can but NOT to stay. You may have to pay a charge to Unity for access for the visitors to on site facilities. Only paying guests (up to 6 and names given in advance on booking form) can stay overnight in the Lodge. |
Why can't we book 6 people, same gender party bookings? |
As a rule we cannot accept same gender party bookings for stag, hen or other big party groups. This is a Unity rule and for the peace and harmony of the site. If you have such a group and they ask you to leave then you must do so. If we see on the booking form that this is the case then we will not be able to confirm the booking for you. |
What do I get with my inclusive passes? |
The on site passes will allow you access to the site, discounts on Theme Park ride tickets, Watersplash swim sessions and free access to some other on site facilities and activities. See the info sheet in the Lodge and Unity information for more info. |
